Amit Garg 
CEO, Bengaluru
Amit, a BITS Pilani and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, is the founder of MXV Consulting. With over 100 leading Indian and international clients, he works globally and advises multiple boards. His work is published in management journals and business newspapers. He particularly loves solving business strategy. He is an avid reader, traveller, occasional runner, and space enthusiast who enjoys the slow boil of test cricket.
Shalabh Agrawal
Head of NCR Operations, New Delhi
Shalabh has been associated with MXV Consulting almost since our inception and leads our Delhi offices. He completed his MBA from IIM Indore and has worked on more than 50 projects across strategy design and execution. His work interest areas are market entry, sales effectiveness, and profitability improvement, and he has a knack for numbers. Shalabh is an avid follower of cricket, lawn tennis, and Formula 1. Watching all 4 Grand Slams is high on his wish list.
Kim Bingham
Head of International Client Relations, New York
Kim manages client relationships in North America and Europe. He also works directly on large-scale change projects for international technology and financial services clients. Kim has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is an active member of the community serving on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for Brooklyn Community Housing and Services. Kim speaks Polish relatively well and is trying to add Spanish so he can claim to be trilingual. He calls the round ball version of football “soccer” and will joyfully explain why the oval ball version is more fun to watch.
Utkarsh Tiwary
Head of Sustainability Practice, Kolkata
A BITS Pilani and IIM Indore alumnus, Utkarsh is a project leader with more than 8 years of consulting experience at MXV. Running is a part of his daily routine, and being an amateur half-marathoner, he has participated in several events across cities over the last few years. During his free time, he likes to go on treks and passionately follows cricket, tennis, and the NBA. Besides his extensive work on operational improvement, Utkarsh leads our sustainability practice.
Jay Sheth
Head of Ahmedabad Operations, Ahmedabad
Jay is a project leader with MXV and leads our Ahmedabad practice. His work epitomises the diversity a consultant at MXV may experience and includes prospecting for early-stage tech investments, large-scale change management, salesforce effectiveness, operations scale-up, and post-acquisition integration. Jay is a football enthusiast and a passionate Real Madrid fan. You can hit him up for a game of FIFA anytime. He also enjoys playing volleyball and cricket.
